Datenbanken Maschinen - Baulärm

Die 32. BImSchV, beruht auf der EG-Richtlinie 14/2000/EG, auch outdoor Richtlinie. In dieser sind so gut wie alle Baumaschinen (und Gartengeräte mit Motor) erfasst.

Das Besondere ist, dass die 32.BImSchV eine KENNZEICHNUNGSPFLICHT mit dem Schallleistungspegel für jede Maschine vorsieht. Ohen diese Kennzeichnung (Lwa) dürf(t)en die Maschinen nicht einmal in Betrieb genommen werden, § 3 Absatz I Nr. 1 der 32. BImSchV.

Gleichzeitig sieht die EG Richtlinie den Aufbau einer Datenbank vor.
Die EG hat diese bislang nur auf Englisch erstellt. Es ist also hilfreich, wenn z.B. die Übersetzung von „Bohrpfahlmaschine“ (Pile driver) bekannt ist, sonst such man lange in dieser Datenbank.

Leider ist diese Datenbank auf der zuständigen Kommissions-Seite (EU Seite) immer wieder off-line, so derzeit (April 2017).
Dafür gibt es ältere Datenbanken, die immer noch online sind.
